My service from the lady at the antique store was great. The service with U-Haul was not. I drove 40 minutes to pick up my truck during my scheduled pickup time, and the U-Haul website and app were down. I hung around town until the location closed and had to completely change my trip start time to pick up the U-Haul the next day. I was relocating over 700 miles away, and I had to push back when I was able to start packing the truck and when I was able to start my trip. I wasn’t given any sort of discount for my inconvenience.
