Excellent location for return of a truck or trailer; lots of parking and easily accessible off of a main road. On-site store owner was very helpful. While I used the U-haul app to check-in the truck, she took the key, secured the rented moving equipment and verified on her computer that my check-in via the app was successful. Regarding the app, I returned the truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up, I disputed via the checking process the additional fuel charge U-haul charged me -- claiming I returned it with less fuel. While pictures showed differently and I asked for an explanation, none was ever given and the fuel charge was eventually charged to charge card. That's not how you want to treat your customers.
