RICHARD PThe computer system was very slow and not working at times the attendant was patient and had to call the uhaul support line for assistance. It took approximately one hour to complete the reservation.
Pedro GNeeded a one way truck. Was told the day before I would need to pick it up ONE Hour away from the rental preference on another city. So I changed and Went with day rental and mileage which was cheaper. Also, the uhaul app is not working and the day off my rental uhaul system was down.
