The old dude was awesome very welcoming and knowledgeable. I will always try to rent from this location thanks to him. I believe he may have been the manager. Very polite and inviting
WILLIAM WThe Ole Man was awesome. Great service. Only issue was truck didn’t have a/c—belt was broken and I thought I had the truck through (to end of) 6/3/25 without incurring an additional day cost of $57.00. Turns out it was to be returned in morning. A good compromise would be refund my additional day cost for lack of air conditioning. Also, service crew that came to our house to insure truck was road worthy after having the air conditioner issue was awesome.
