RICHARD RNice facility and was able to get in and out but would like for that facility to match other u-haul centers closing time especially since where it’s located on a busy street that you can miss due time due to traffic congestion
HOWARD MI was overcharged by one day I had reserved it for 2 days but they told me if I brought it back early that I would only pay for the one day I rented my U-Haul truck at 10:00 in the morning I had it back before 10:00 in the morning the next day he did not get it logged in until 1:45 that afternoon and charged me 2 days I will be going to this office and asking for a refund of the extra day that U-Haul has charged me everybody was nice and the equipment was great and I'm sure that the overcharge was an oversight but I do want my money back as the cameras will show I pulled in at 9:00 that morning an hour before I had to and was still charged the extra day so as long as they give me my money back for the overpayment all will be well and I will be happy the people in the equipment were very nice everything worked great just the one little mishap with the overcharge
JOHN WThe U-Haul came 3/4 tank full of fuel. When refueling, it’s hard to gauge how much to put in. I nearly filled up the tank, never received refund for putting in too much fuel. I’m sure I would have been charged if I didn’t reach the 3/4ths tank. Didn’t seem fair. I also tried calling multiple times (around 8 times throughout the day) to let you guys know I would be late. My reservation was still flagged red, when I finally reached someone around 2pm. Overall not a great experience
