Great customer service as well as knowing the fact that my uhaul rental will be there since it was gates. I had previous experience where someone hauled my rental the day before I had to pick up. Very helpful service and friendly and professional.

Employees were so kind...even when we were 30 minutes late to pick up our rental. She was thorough and made sure we were hooked up safely before sending us off. Would definitely recommend this place to rent a U Haul.

Zatoya AThe truck was low on coolant and heated up a few times causing delays in our trip and worst than average gas Mileage. The truck is old and may have not made the trip if I hadn’t taken more time with my boys and myself, gas, and stress of a badly maintained 123k truck for new price. Spending $300 plus on a uhaul rental, I expect better. Pre trip and post trip Pictures available upon request. Second, the app doesn’t work. I had to call the help line to make the reservation. Then my reservation was canceled and moved to glacier west, which had the most old beat up truck I have ever rented. Not happy. The truck was returned the exact same condition as I picked it up. Pictures wouldn’t download, but available. Drop off parking was not marked, so parked next to another uhaul. Location is closed for the next two days…
