Always EXCELLENT customer service at this location. They treat you efficiently, professionally and in a friendly manner. I will continue to recommend this location to people who need a rental.

I hate any business that is contracted out. The service is not the same. I will never use u-haul again!

The store attendant at the time of pick up, did not secure trailer properly to my towing vehicle, I got lucky I made it home, but when pull the car up the trailers ramp, the hittch came lose!, had to figure out how to properly do it, got the job done, but I got lucky, very lucky

The lady who ran things was the rudest sales person I have ever encountered She was rude crude and downright nasty. I would never go back there or recommend that place to anyone. Horrible experience.

The inside of the truck was clean, but the outside was dirty. My main issue was that they told me it would take a half a tank of gas to get to my destination, so I should fill up the gas tank completely, as it was at a half a tank. I spent over $50 to fill the tank, but then it only took a quarter tank to get to my destination. I am out an extra $25 and I am not happy about that at all.

I have been here twice once for myself and once with a friend. The initial staff was rude and didn't seem to want customers. The lady who helped with the rental was sweet. You call center staff sucked and was very rude like I was bothering them to give you business.

Great staff. Assisted me in every possible way

Bad experience with Quartz Hills U-Haul location. The back up system aka chains are there to act as a backup to prevent the hitch from separating from the truck. In this case the pin broke (thankfully in front of my delivery location and when I was only traveling at 20 mph) the entire hitch detached from my truck, I literally was dragging the trailer tongue, ball and chains for a second. The chain did not do it's job due to it being hitched improperly. I had to have others help me reconnect the trailer to my truck and I (a girl) re-hitched the u-haul appropriately to get to my second destination safely and without damage to the U-Haul or my truck, not to mention the product I was hauling. I showed the U-Haul location in Simi my hook-up and said, this is the proper way to hook up a trailer in the event the pin fails the chain acts as a backup preventing the hitch from detaching from the truck.

First, I have rented U-Haul trucks many many times in my 56 years of life. I used to live in Rosalind, California and used your trucks on numerous occasions without a problem. The credit card I attempted to use was the same card that I used in Rosamond and never once had a problem. The woman I dealt with said that my card was not acceptable to them and made me go to the cocktail lounge next door to provide a "cash deposit". I dropped the truck off at night and when I returned the next day to settle up, they charged me $40 because they said it was dirty. I knew it was clean when I dropped it off the night before. Of course they had already rented that truck out to another customer and basically had no way to contest it. In closing, I will never rent from Dewolfe Lumber in Quartz Hill and recommend to others that they not rent from them also. Sincerely, George Rhodes (661) 754-1024

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The people at dewolfe lumber are really awesome the women that deals with u haul on the other hand is not very nice... Previously I'm coming she was rude to a customer before us the whole process took forever bringing back the trailer was a fiasco she tried to charge me twice told me to call before 330 I called three times and she never answered so I had no choice but to bring it in the next morning overall if she's the one I have to deal with for U-Haul I will not be using this U-Haul again but love the lumber store and the employees inside

We had an appointment to pick up the Uhaul at 1:00pm on my lunch hour, however when we got there they had taken their lunch at 1:00pm until 2:00pm. When they returned she did try and rush and get me back to work. I ended up being 1 hour late back to work. The pick up was easy and ready except for the miss communication between Uhaul and the pick up rep.
