The equipment did have some dirt and such on the interior but otherwise it was fine. The owner Josh was great! Kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

Joni SNoone to check you in. You have to call a number and leave a message. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR DROPPED TRAILER!! I dropped mine a day early and then got a bank statement 4 days later for a charge saying I kept the trailer an extra day. Had to go through a process defending myself. Thank god I took pictures with date and time stamp. Do trust Dockery Corp.
Allen MJosh was awesome both times I picked up from him. The rest of U-Haul needs to get their shit together. Reservation and the app sucks harder than a DemoKKKrat Intern. The 1800 guy wasn't helpful at all and passed me off to scheduling after I repeatedly explained my situation 3 damn times!
