I needed the trailer in Williams Lake and was advised one was there when I booked. Unfortunately that was not the case by the day I was to pick it up and I drove almost 250 km further to get the trailer. I arrived late at night but was adequately assisted by both the U-Haul operator by phone and his friend for which I am grateful. The trailer itself was rugged and perfect for my mission and the cost was economical.
