Easy and clear communication. But the trailer aucks. I rented 12x6' but it has additional almost 7 feet betqeen the trailer and the car, so it was like hauling 19feet long trailer. Crazy. The worst part, this trailer does not have a jack, so if you are not strong, you have no chance of lifting this trailer by yourself. This is quite absurd, especially if its an emergency or the trailer ia fully loaded etc...really weird
KAROLINA WWas pulling my own trailer, the truck I had wasn’t wired for trailer brakes, it had a 7 pin plug making it easy to do. Could be a safety issue for a less experienced driver especially in the winter. The rds were less then ideal conditions through the Pine Pass for me. It would also be easier on your trucks. Aside from that the U Haul rep in Quesnel was great, as was the rep when dropped off in Grande Prairie.

gary lI reserved a u haul on line, when I went to pick it up the store was closed and I couldn't get it . I called uhaul customer service and closest one was 4 hours away from my house. Yes I drove and got it cause I had no choice I had to move. Not impressed at all
