Was not the original location I had reserved equipment at and was never sent an email notifying me of the equipment being at this new location so had to drive to the original location and then to this one. At the location struggled to get my reservation pulled up and then had the trailer positioned where it couldn't just be hooked up. Had to use my own cars jack to lift trailer up so it would slide onto my hitch.
