Heat didn't work in the truck, but other than that it was in decent enough shape for what I needed it for.

Very convenient for travelers arriving at RDU.
Mark MFor a first timer as a”truck driver”, it would have been nice to receive instruction about the “workings “ of the truck, as there are more components to a truck compared to a car, and how to work the latch and the back door. I almost took my arm out of its socket getting to lift up the door. However, all in all it was very good customer service and an otherwise good experience. I will definitely use them again in the future.
