It was easy to navigate and talk to the rep and owner of the company. I was nearby and it was easy to drop off pick up and go through the process. Also, the owner was very friendly and able to accommodate a lot.

easy access to raleigh and durham

Mark MFor a first timer as a”truck driver”, it would have been nice to receive instruction about the “workings “ of the truck, as there are more components to a truck compared to a car, and how to work the latch and the back door. I almost took my arm out of its socket getting to lift up the door. However, all in all it was very good customer service and an otherwise good experience. I will definitely use them again in the future.
