I was supposed to pick up at 10 AM, the gate was locked an no one was there for 20 minutes, a man showed up and said he called the guy who's supposed to be here after I had called customer support who called the main uhaul person. 40 minutes after 10 he shows up and completely messes up the mileage, not doing the full inspection before handing me the keys. Luckily I took a photo before leaving because uhaul tried to bill me for 272 miles traveled when I only traveled 57. Horrible experience with Joe at Wood 4 Less, I will NEVER use uhaul again.
