Interior was dirty , steering wheel was dirty and sticky. The truck has bad suspension and wheels off ballance, the truck was hopping in the front end. It was extremely uncomfortable ride and had to slow down or speed up to dangerous speeds for it to stop. I was also charged a $45.⁰⁰ cleaning fee after drop off. I feel that was unnecessary for it was not that clean when pick up. Otherwise it got the job done 👍

It would be nice if you offered a way to return a auto trailer a few hours after the 24 hours hours are up since rental requires pickup by 4:15pm. Returning it by 4:15pm is difficult for my needs because I need the trailer until 4pm and then I have to deal with Socal traffic. If I could pickup at.6pm that work result in just needing a one day rental. Now if I return at 6pm I am charged for a 2nd day even though I self drop off and no one would have been able to rent it after 4:15pm anyway. The UHAUL App is very unreliable. It often locks up on my Andriod phone. Its also very slow.
