I was charged almost $1900 because the UHAUL rental was not properly closed out. I tried to fet the matter tesolved.and the local franchise owner effort was minimal and lacked due diligence. I contacted customer service and they advised the franchisee to contact his area manager to help resolve the matter. I was suppose to get a status call this evening and thar did not happen. I am extremely disappointed and I am not able to pay my minthly.mortgage payment which could.result additional interest and late fees. I want this matter resolved ASAP.
