Everything was great. These poor folks were doing their best because the U-Haul computers were off line. The lady “Marlene” tried doing our truck on her phone. Such great customer service.

When I picked up my truck the cab was dirty, and smelled of smoke, cigarette ashes and butts were littered around the seats. The seats were grimy. When I called attention to the matter with Mr. Bennett he blamed his wife for not properly cleaning the truck! I took the truck home and cleaned it myself before loading it. When I returned the truck in Albuquerque I called attention to the matter and the agent said they had problems with people smoking the the trucks!
