The truck was “due” at 8:45. On the uhaul website and email it stated the location opened at 9. Drove to the location and they were not open. They had crossed the opening time on the hand drawn sign to state they open at 10:30. I was worried to leave the truck as I had driven it across country but was not going to wait an hour and a half. Ended up leaving the keys in the drop box. I did receive an email confirming that I had a $0 balance for uhaul.
Chris MI had to drive 109 miles to pick up a U-Haul and drive it to where it was loaded and the total trip was 63 miles over I should have been allowed those extra miles in stead of being charged for them. Also, U-Haul provider asked what discount I received from driving to get - which was none. Also when I looked up one to budget I got a coat around 2000.00 but was charged 2800.00 with fees and taxes not a small difference. Overall not happy with this rental in the past I felt charges were fair and upfront.
