I cleaned the truck out and the stupid woman still tried to stick me with a cleaning charge. The truck was cleaner than the place I dropped it off at. If you want sparkling cleans trucks, supply a vacuum at the drop off place I would never use uhaul again and would never suggest to anyone to use you either
MARK SDropped the trailer off on a Sunday so I didn't speak with anyone then but I followed up the next day and they took care of the check out process with no issues. Their lot was big, clean and well laid out.
