Convenient, but communication on digital/phone self check in and check out was not great by Mario's or Uhaul. Once on lot it was easier, but in a stressful time, the truck could have been way easier. Also we loved in snow, lot was not plowed either day with 5 inches of snow. Pick up truck was covered in 2+ inches of snow.
