The Owner of Mechanic Station Mario was rude, unhelpful, and deceitful. He sat with his back to me and acted like I was interrupting. Rental was supposed to be for 12 hours; but I had to return it 4 hrs early!!! He didn’t give any paperwork at time of rental. I asked for an itemized list of charges which he lied about and then gave me unassigned keys to go search a parking lot for a truck that I couldn’t find in the rain. He also gave me a hard time about where I was to park my personal vehicle, because his shop had limited parking. Terrible!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFinal bill was charged for cleaning I provided pictures on the return (rainy day) it would be nice to know what I was charged $25 dollars for. Can a photo be provided. Not to mention I returned it with like a quarter tank more in gas then I received it.
Marci CHonor your reservations whether local or one-way. I was pointed to this location due to the service centers inability to rent the trailer I reserved. No call to me…. I wasted 3 hrs. Thankfully Marion’s came thru.
