Mario (or lead person) was good to work with and very friendly. We had some issues using the U-Haul app to “return our truck”, but that did not have anything to do with Mario. We eventually contacted U-Haul customer service to ensure that our records showed we had properly returned our truck on time.

We were supposed to pick up our truck from a different location, but when we arrived, the truck wasn't there. No one had told the woman working at the desk either, and it took half an hour to find us another truck that we could use and the person doing the coordinating was not very nice to us or the woman trying to help us in person. We then had to drive 20 minutes in the wrong direction to pick up our truck from Mario's.
