Nothing. The truck ran so smoothly, easy to drive and well maintained. Easy pick up and drop off a very smooth ride. I highly recommend this location as the best one out there and the owner and staff were so nice and informative. You need visit just one location this is the one, all I can say is WOW!

The worker doesn't tell you any information you need to know. Be aware to read the paper you sign for all expectations and requirements to not incurr extra charges. The truck was a bit of a piece of junk to drive. May be just that one.

Frederick TEmployee (Rob) was very rude and disrespectful. Was given a 26’ super over and found the unit had a flat tire when I picked it up which resulted in me getting charged for a roadside assistance call. Not impressed. Will not use uhaul again.
