They cancelled the rental I reserved because they said I didn’t have a working phone number, which I did. The dismissive attitude and rudeness makes me not want to use this location in the future.

DOUGLAS Vonly reason why i would is because they had unjts available and they work on holidays. but when it comes to booking and stuff 0 flexibility. i booked a u haul for 2 days from a different depot. they sent me to riverside to pick up the truck and they called me to return the truck. ive only had the truck for 1 day and i ended renting uhaul twice and pay for gas twice because they needed the truck i rented for 2 days. so i got slapped double the bill instead of ssving the money. but hey i guess had a differenr they can rent out to me lol. 🤣
