How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe person that was working there basically told me couldn’t have a trip without getting the insurance that U-Haul provides and that my credit card doesn’t cover rental trucks when I know it does. Also, my original reservation was at Cooper Roofing where I stood around for 45 minutes waiting for this one girl to do everything for everybody and she couldn’t find the keys on the key and I went to the truck and the truck wouldn’t even start. They said they’re gonna boost it and I don’t want to trust this boosted. If I get my location that needs to be booted again this overall was a very, very terrible experience and well really make me think about renting from U-Haul again. Also the Riverside location has a $20 charge to drop off the hours. That is unacceptable if you wanna call me I would be happy to discuss.
James MNot sure why they would charge me extra for fuel when I already bought fuel and showed an evidence of initial fuel level.
olalekan tWhen I asked for a jack to take the trailer off my truck the attendant said, "We don't have one, just lift it off" really? Is UHAUL paying my wage when I am laid up for a week after I throw my back out?
