The customer service of the staff was very poor. He appeared passively aggressive. I will not use the location in the future.
EMMANUEL AThe manager needed to step in and help the new employee. Took an hour to get everyone checked in (as in each booking was an hour behind) and the U-Haul was very dirty. The employee working was trying his best but needed support. He was very nice and helped us hook up. But his manager would sit and watch him and make jokes about the long wait.
Blaire KThe manager is very helpful, the assistant couldn't care less. The truck was loud, muffler issues not addressed. Ignition needed lubrication key was stiff getting in. Otherwise good, no other issues.
Arni EIt is not fair at all to the customer to have to bring the U-Haul all the way back to Red Deer as there are other place to drop them and then stand there and tell them that if they don't they will be charged $500 dollars for them to retrieve it and it is so upsetting to have to deal with that as a Disability person
