The manager is very helpful, the assistant couldn't care less. The truck was loud, muffler issues not addressed. Ignition needed lubrication key was stiff getting in. Otherwise good, no other issues.

It is not fair at all to the customer to have to bring the U-Haul all the way back to Red Deer as there are other place to drop them and then stand there and tell them that if they don't they will be charged $500 dollars for them to retrieve it and it is so upsetting to have to deal with that as a Disability person
Melissa HI dropped off my trailer and uhaul the day before it was supposed to brought back and they charged me for an extra day.
Joseph LI feel that they need a better system for a busy time of month. The owner was away and the people he had covering were closing the office early. They had no access to certain information for clients which makes it difficult. The people covering did their best to accommodate.
Meagan JI regret not listening to the other bad reviews. Truck was dirty, guy who checked me in was fine, the manager was awful. The rude staff, the manager I think he was, got upset when I asked if I could block out my AHS number or citizenship marker like the privacy commissioner reccomends, and what their policy for this stupid new alberta license, as I'm worried abour my identity being stolen, and he wouldn't say how they protect my data, as they will scan all of it, and kept interrupting me when I was talking and wouldn't let me finish my sentence. I brought up the offical privacy commissioner's report and guidance, and he interrupted me again, lecturing me about how he worked with the privacy commissioner and they (u-haul) wouldn't accept it if I blocked my AHS or citizenship. I asked who I could contact at u-haul about it and he refused to give me a contact.
