How U-Haul Reviews WorkNothing of note. Everything was streamlined and easy to take advantage of.
Daniel TThe guy who was in the office wasn’t that nice. He didn’t even mention where to find the truck number, and throughout the entire time he was trying not to talk to anybody. Really terrible experience. I had U-Haul before and saw everyone is so nice and friendly, but he wasn’t. No complaints for U-Haul; it’s just that U-Haul should focus on how their employees are behaving with customers.
Mehedi HEnsure guests are properly accommodated. If someone else brought the vehicle back empty Atleast make sure the vehicle has enough gas to get the gas station. Very poor experience here.
amber HI never took the unit as lights wouldn’t work with my vehicle, order was supposed to be voided not charged to my credit card. I’ve been calling all week no one answers. My next day off I have to go in person to get my money back. Not at all happy
