You can tell the guys running this location to not be jerks to customers. We had a 12 noon pick up time. When we got to the location there was a sticky note on the door that said "Gone for lunch. Back at 1:15". That already put us behind schedule and when they finally got back (apparently both of them had to go for lunch at the same time and close instead of leaving one person behind), they didn't even apologize. He just gave me the key and that was it. The truck had a broken passenger side mirror which made navigating more difficult. We did use the dolly, but the zip tie holding it was already broken so they would have charged us for it anyway. When we returned the truck the guy tried to argue that I didn't know what I was doing online but then the charges were the same as the website said. Again he was very rude and short. His name is Leo but the manager/owner Rob was also being very rude and short to other customers during our pickup time. I can understand why this location has many one star reviews. I would never deal with them again. Also if your paying for the mileage in kms the truck should be in kms, not miles. They should be updated to switch back and forth for Canada and US customers.
Adriana KJust a little help for the first time user
Jan AAwesome staff great experience
Trent DParking is extremely tight. In some cases I think the people that work there should move the units to a safer area for the customers. If this is a practice then it should be offered to the customer.
