I was charged for insurance but not asked if I wanted it. The man that started my pick up was more interested in his phone than helping me and completely ignored me. The second man that took over for him because he was too busy texting to be bothered checking me in was no better. Very dissatisfied. He told me I had to pay $100 extra when paying by debit which I did but I was only refunded $60 when I returned the unit

Tanis UGuy at the desk was rude. Gave no help whatsoever. Back inside was gross when got into it. Very poor experience overall. If I could give 0 stars I would. Will find a different place to rent from next time.
