Kimber BHonestly this is the second time I’ve rented from this location. The staff really couldn’t care less about customer service. It had been a few years since I rented from them and I had forgotten how bad it was years ago. Complete indifference, zero desire to be helpful or even provide a baseline level of courtesy or respect. The trailer was fine, but I’ll be renting elsewhere next time.
