I tried multiple times to check in when returning the truck. I read and followed all directions. It would go to return truck, then to a blank screen and would go no further. I finally just dropped the keys in the drop box and left the truck. Very frustrated! I called the rental office this morning. They could see my attempts and did the check in for me.
