I have a bad experience as a first timer.when we got reservation the pick was supposedly in brooks. We were told that they phone us friday of 27 around 5pm but nobody call us.so just to find out when we are about to get the truck saturday your stuff told us that it is not availbale so we need to pick it up in redcliff..with that we are urge to pay addtional payment because we need to travel from redcliff to brooks to get our things before we go to taber.. very unprofessional in terms of handling customer.

I moved from Maple Creek to Kindersley using a 15ft truck which was in good shape ,had no problems with equipment and drop off in Kerrobert at white buffalo was easy and smooth great fast friendly staff at Redcliff and Kerrobert highly recommend these locations .
LENNART FReturn process took too long. The return address I was given by U-Haul was not the actual address where I was to drop the vehicle off. I had a run around trying to get the proper location from customer service.
William VWhen I picked up my truck and got home, I opened the trunk and it smelled very strongly of cows, and there were traces from cows such as (manure). I had to clean it myself just to somehow reduce the smell, because the next day I needed to move my belongings. But no matter what I did, nothing helped to get rid of that smell! Now all my things smell like cows! It was a horrible, terrible experience.
Vladyslav BThis location is located out of the city and the person working stated the bathroom was out of service, although she used it and refused to let us - when there was no other bathroom nearby. Additionally, I booked a 10 ft uhaul. All that was available was a 20 ft. As I was moving my son back for university I had a huge truck to navigate with barely anything in it. I did get it for the same price, however fuel was definitely more expensive, not to mention I had no choice but to drive a truck I was not that comfortable with. I suggest you don't take reservations if you do not have the requested vehicle available.
