When I showed up. Counter was empty with nobody there. I had to wait a long time. His computer was broken. Line backed up. Horrible experience.

Everything was great. Desk lady was very nice and helpful and if I need a U-Haul again I will go to Sage. My original reservation was moved due to availability and I’m happy it was. Sage was great!
EDMUND PSage Equipment is, by far, the best place I've ever rented a U-Haul from, and I've probably rented from U-Haul more than 50 times. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The manager is always helpful, and she sets the tone on customer service. U-Haul needs more places like this one. I rent from U-Haul regularly, and as long as is possible, I will only rent from Sage Equipment.

TRAVIS CI left a five star review on the Google. I would have done that here but for the hard time finding the yard. If the man at the first place I stopped at would not have directed me to the correct place I would went somewhere else and that would have been a mistake. If you need to rent in Redmond Oregon GO HERE!
