I had a wonderful experience! Had to get a rental to move a dresser since my car wasn’t wide enough. I didn’t catch his name but the guy there today was so friendly very professional! This experience made up from the last one at a different location! Thank you to the guy for helping me out!

MICHAEL OFirst time ever using u-haul (can look at records my name will only show up 12-7-25) didn’t get anywhere on the ogle so unused the app and didn’t realize I had to set up a drop off point. Returned the toy hauler in Roseburg when I rented it from prineville, and got charged an extra $300 dollars for not returning the trailer back to prineville while I’m a new customer that has no clue how the process works nor how to use the app properly (clearly). Can’t fathom how frustrated I am. Going to be calling corporate on Tuesday 9th of the December to see if I can resolve this issue in anyway. Terrible experience and will not be using again if I get zero resolve nor will I recommend services of U-Haul to anyone and will share my story. May seem stupid reading this but I have never used U-Haul in my life and I get slapped in the face with a $300 dollar “fine” on an almost $100 trailer. $400 for a trailer I used for 3 hours, and had for about 12-14 total. Absurd.
