Collect more info from the customer when they make the reservation. The customer should show up and only have to take pics of the truck, and not add driver's license and other info when all they want is to get their truck and get on with their day.

larry BLock box was tricky to get letters aligned to open. Both my daughter and I tried and it took about 15 minutes to finally get out to open.
