The location is very convenient, and the staff are excellent. My rating is based on the cube truck itself. It was not running well and on one occasion it stalled completely as I started to accelerate around a corner. I reported to the agent who immediately reported it back to Uhaul (head office I must assume)
Edward LPlease work on the uhaul website and booking system, it took me over 45mins to get to be able to get the trailer, the system kept freezing up and not loading photos. The lady at the loacation tried her best nothing she did wrong.

Gary FThe lack of communication from the time of booking and the time of pick up, along with the inability to properly communicate drop off points until the very last minute is unacceptable. Overall with how it ended uo being coordinated we had a total of 4.5 hours of additional drive time in order to pick up the trailer (2 hours total to drive from downtown Edmonton to Redwater) and drop off the trailer (2.5 hours total to drive to trail and back) furthermore, the lack of ability to assist or properly communicate then offer almost no compensation for the consistent dropped ball on the end of Uhaul will ultimately cause myself, my family and anyone I speak to to never utilize Uhaul again. Absolutely appalling
