There are no office at the location, and no body was there when I arrived. The guy is rude and condescending when I communicate with him on the phone. For example, when I asked him to say the password again, he was very impatient and said something like this is the last time I say the password. I was told to send him a photo personally when dropping off the van and wait until he said OK before I leave. I sent the photo, but never heard back from him. I would rather drive another 10 mile to pick up a Uhaul than visiting this place again.
Siliang SIt was difficult to figure out how to do it alone. The truck had a warning light on for the tire system the whole time, the gas wasn’t completely full and I’m VERY angry that the lady I spoke to on the phone to extend my rental charged me double without telling me this would be the case. I was led to believe that it would be the same price.

Albert CWe rent truck and dolly+blankets, but we received a call day before confirming that dolly and blankets werent available in that location. Next day for the pick up, we see that you have a bunch of dollies in that location but couldn't use it.
