Scrape the snow off the uhaul. It was frozen stiff on top of the hood and windows. My hands froze doing that before I could safely drive it.

For a first time customer I would say that it was not a pleasant experience, the Filipina lady who assisted us was not very accommodating at all, she just handed the keys and told us that the truck was in the parking lot, I thought that the number on the key represent the plate number but was not so it took us a while to see where is the truck we rented, second bad experience is right after the transaction is done, I changed my mind and wanting to add the insurance not even 5 minutes ago, she said that she can’t do anything to modify the transaction and was told to contact customer service to have it rectified after pointless talks and was just running in circles I decided to leave and take the truck and do what was told to contact customer service I was thrown to series of getting transferred only to be told to go back to where we pick up the truck since they are the ones who can help us to add the insurance, in short they are pointing fingers back and forth who can and has the responsibility of adding it. I know that it’s going to be a waste of time insisting on modifying it so I took chance and going over without the insurance luckily we did it and truck was returned safe and no issues. But learning from experience next time do it right the first time. By the way we rented the truck in Regina Carwash located at 20 Hesse Bay.

MD MAccess to the man door into the building was blocked by trucks. Walking in the vehicle access to the car wash was very slippery. Winter condition.
