Checking out took a lot longer than expected… nearly an hour. It wasn’t the prearranged pick up point (closer to our home). The person helping us needed to help others at the gas station throughout the whole transaction

When we went in to pick up our uhaul, there was no one there who knew what they were doing. It was a freaking nightmare. THere was some young girl at the counter who didn't know what she was doing, and then we had to keep waiting while she served multiple customers. The process for picking up took over an hour. She should never have been left in that position. She didn't know where the laptop was where they took the orders, didn't seem to know how to take payment ect. She finally called someone. When we took it, we told her we wouldn't be back until 8 pm on return. She told us they were open until ten, and said we could bring it back at nine. When we went to return it, there was a man there who told me they closed at 8pm, and I had to insist that I should not have to pay an extra day because we were told we could return it at nine, and it was 8:30. Finally he seemed to know what he was doing, and got the laptop, and went through the return process, and it was fairly quick. We will never do business with this location again. THe whole situation was completely unacceptable, and next time we might have to go to a different company because this was truly painful.

Scarlett FThe staff would not assist with inspecting the truck or trailer. The equipment was not inspected despite us clearly communicating we had a 1350 KM trip ahead. The car transport carrier had a badly damaged tire that needed to be replaced. This was only determined minutes before our departure and caused delays.
