Well first get the biolife in Hayden Alabama to start getting things ready when they are supposed to. The location we actually picked the truck up from was great. But I shouldn’t have had to drive Thirty more minutes to pick a truck up

The location of pick up, was at a ran down gas station and the parking lot was mud and it was raining, so we had to physically move the dolly by picking it up ourselves or else we would have got stuck. Then the dolly had no bolts/latch to attach it safely to the vehicle. The guy running the store did not help, we had to go buy those ourselves. $67 later, we were able to properly attach it.
