Keep it up with good work
GODFREY MWhen we picked up the uhaul the engine light was on and I went back and showed and told the lady she told me it was fine and it will make it to your destination and that somebody drove it out of town and they had no issues. We'll half way down the uhaul started shaking, trying to stale out, engine getting hot, reviving loud, then it stopped, I had to press hard on the break to get it back started finally after 20 minutes. I had to coast the rest of the way praying it would make it, finally made it 3 hours later. The lady should of gave us another 20 foot truck. I would not have anybody rent from E. Livingston again. They need to make sure that the van, trucks etc. Should be properly maintenence, cleaned out and check all fluids.

Jannet TOffice location difficult to locate. Could not get the vehicle start. Called dealer for assistance but no answer. Has to call the U-Haul dispatcher for assistance.
