I would have appreciated a phone call to let me know my location changed as well as matching up with the movers who I hired through UHAUL

I have rented U-Hauls from Tom's place many times over the years and he has always been professional and helpful.
MATTHEW BWasn’t treated good by staff when I got there to rent the truck he told me, they was not a truck that all was taken and when I got online to get a truck it still took me to the same location which he told me they wasn’t a truck I didn’t really like that fact.
