The gas tank was not full. The inside was still dirty full of animal hair and dirt. Smelled like cigarettes

Like most U-Haul locations, it is a small gravel lot. Tom was very friendly and helpful. This was the first time I have ever towed a vehicle behind one of their trucks and he was clean in explaining how the tow-dollie works and how to be safe on the road.
