My assigned truck & the key lock box I was given did not match. Called owner, Tom, and he was very accommodating and got it straightened out immediately. Received my receipt with an amount of $82.82. Amount charged to my card was $161.94.

My pickup location changed without me approving or agreeing which added more miles to my trip and caused a major delay due to having to go to another location for the truck pick-up. Needs to be way better communication.
