Della SThe gentleman at this location was very friendly and helpful. The location itself has a lot to be desired. It was very dirty, cluttered and very messy But he was open. Unlike the other two locations that customer service sent us to. First location was just a pickup spot but the truck was not there. Second location was a place you went inside to get your truck. They weee closed even though the customer service representative said it was shown as open and the website showed as open. Finally sent us to Tom’s Place. This whole run around I feel was unnecessary and took time out of our moving day. Drop off was at a fourth location since we only did one way and it went great. I do feel UHaul should compensate me for all the running around I had to do
Logan BThank you for your help. Everything was well organized. I booked my truck and checked in on line. The next day my truck was ready to go. Easy pick up, and easy drop off instructions. The truck was the least of my worries during this move.
