The U-Haul app is garbage and needs fixed. Twice I have rented a U-Haul truck through the U-Haul app using the mobile app check-in but when I attempt to log into the app, it gives me an error over and over and over. I clear the cache on the browser and it makes no difference. So each time that I picked up a U-Haul truck in the past three weeks I had to call somebody to help me get the vehicle keys. So frustrating and waste of time.

Jean fThe truck was not in good condition. One of the mirrors was broken and they were rusty and hard to adjust. The Engine light was on the whole time. The office was efficient and ran well, however, it could use a good cleaning. The shocks on the truck seem to be gone. I think it needed some maintenance as the engine light was on.
