Great experience. Olsen Power Equipment is an attentive, friendly company, very well organized, and a pleasure to work with. Equipment was in great shape, rode very well, and was very clean. On the downside, U-Haul vehicles used to be advertised by the size of the main box. I researched the truck size before I ordered it (15-foot truck). All resources indicated the box was 15 feet with an attic addition. When I got the truck to its destination hours away, I found that it was 15 feet with the attic, only 12-ish feet in the main box. It caused problems for what I was hauling because I was counting on the main box being 15 feet. With some creativity, I was able to make it work. When I looked into my specific order, I saw the truck specs in the order, and it showed specifically the dimensions of my vehicle, which were exactly what I had. So it was my fault for not verifying the vehicle dimensions before I left the lot. However, I believe advertising it as a 15-foot vehicle when it’s useful length is not that is disingenuous. This added hours of extra work to my day which was already longer than I wanted it to be. Otherwise a good experience.

RICK Mwe needed a furniture hand truck with straps we got a small regular hand truck.
James SWe turned it in two days early, under allotted mileage, and gas tank more than what picked up at. Hoping there would be some sort of refund.
Deanna SThere are NO Uhaul kiosks with hauling or hook up accessories. Admittedly these may only be available at larger or dedicated locations. The Uhaul software system was having problems that day with overload and I was unable to actually complete the rental papers at that location. The rep had to call another Uhaul rep to have it completed from another location. The return area was not well marked for off hours returns.
