Well for one thing we rented a U-Haul and we did not know we had to bring it back at the same place so we took it to another place and you guys charges $200 for bringing it to the wrong place my husband has Alzheimer's and we're in a late late seventies so that leaves us but no funds now thank you so much

Nothing to improve. The rental process was easy and the location is great. You can pick up your trailer and jump right on the highway.
RANDALL WThere was confusion on the part of U-Haul regarding my drop off location. I figured one out on my own and reported that the drop off location listed on my contract was no longer a U-Haul affiliate. I spent 30 m attempting to contact customer service to report the issue as directed. I was assured that there would be no additional charges for fuel and millage only to receive a invoice from Olson for an extra day fuel and millage. Truck was returned same day as pick up. Please align your affiliates with your customer service representatives. Please adjust my invoice accordingly. Thank You
