Worst experience ever!! Got there and was immediately told that U-Haul changed my pickup location,TO A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CITY!! Then at pickup was told, yep all lights working! Guess what? Soon as it got dark instantly realized none of the lights were working, towed a pitch black trailer! The only good part was the place I returned the trailer to was great! Great people and easy to drop off. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE U-HAUL!!!!!!!!!
