My first truck had roaches in the truck. I took it all the way back to the shop to get a new one. This caused me to go over my miles that I had already paid for. Even though I was told by customer service that I would not be charged anything over 45 miles. Tbe 2nd truck had a quarter tank of gas in it. I called customer services and told them. They said, just return it with a quarter tank of gas. I did and was charged a gas fee. I was more unhappy with uhaul customer service then I was anything else

The area we picked up was very nice but it wasn’t the one we originally requested so we had to go about 40min out of our way to pick up the truck.

donna sThe time it took to pick it up than after spending $603 and then after I book it for 150 miles come to find out it only had 84 miles of gas in it so I had to pump an editions $50 just to drive to my home to make sure I can even move stuff I. First place Bringing it back we were lucky to find a spot for the 26 size 1 spot i couldn’t just park it on the gasstation next door there should be assigned easy to store adequate parking for this size and thank god for the one spot being open !!! The consistent messages for me to return the truck even I dropped it of at 9:00 pm the day before the 10-21-25 at 2:00 pm redicules and it’s now almost 24 hours later and my money is not even on my card yet beautiful but I still most use you guys again
