It was tight ngl
timilehin aWe did an after hours drop off. The only issue was it took about an hour on the app to get it to accept the data we inputed. I think that the app needs more refinement.

WILLIAM BMy first truck had roaches in the truck. I took it all the way back to the shop to get a new one. This caused me to go over my miles that I had already paid for. Even though I was told by customer service that I would not be charged anything over 45 miles. Tbe 2nd truck had a quarter tank of gas in it. I called customer services and told them. They said, just return it with a quarter tank of gas. I did and was charged a gas fee. I was more unhappy with uhaul customer service then I was anything else
