SHANNON AOne issue with the truck design- I rented the 26 foot truck, and the ramp was way too short. Absolutely too steep for loading the types of things one would need this truck size for (washer, dryer, fridge). The incline is dangerous for moving things of this nature.

MICHAEL LThere was no hand truck or pads available at this location. The back of the truck needed to be swept out by me before use. The gas cap was loose and the top half of the cap fell off during my trip. The customer service at the location was good.
