Rented truck for 12 hrs at 39.98, 35.64 for 36 miles plus taxes and fees. I was charged for two days rental and safe move. Total rip off. Also plastic engine guard on front hanging down and scraps the road in spots.

Ryan HYou didn't have the cargo van i reserved and the LADY AT THIS LOCATION IN RICHMOND HILL WAS EXTREMELY RUDE I THINK YOU NEED TO PULL THE CONTRACT WITH THEM. The location wouldn't give me 10' box truck they tried to give me a old af 15' box truck that looked like the beach and was filthy. The they changed the truck to a cleaner unit but fully clean it ran like crap an made noisesand needs new wiper blades. It was so damn difficult to get in and out of that truck being disabled I hurt my whole body by the end of the day I could barely walk... I WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!! I WANT COMPENSATION OR IM REPORTING YOU TO THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU..... THIS ISNT THE WAY TO TREAT THE DISABLED.....

If i might add that the customer service that I received over the phone prior to this visit was the most excellent display of how customers should be treated when faced with an issue. Kudos to you both, the owners of the location and the customer support manger that helped me. Thanks again!
