When I showed up to pickup my rental, I was told there were no moving blankets or dolly available which made my move very difficult. I would suggest the locations be more aware of their upcoming rentals and communicate to the customers if something on their reservations are not available.

Truck was terrible. Had to drive at night both nights and in the rain 1 night. Headlights were so cloudy it was impossible to see safely
