If they stop trying to rip people off
Stephanie SEasy experience… very friendly and helpful and lots of trucks were available upon arrival. Needed a quick day rental across town.
Matt GI dropped the vehicle off with 1/4 tank of gas, the same level as when I picked it up. I told the attendant it was at 1/4 and offered to show a photo. My receipt the next day said 1/8 tank and I was charged $61.50 for 5 gallons. Glad I took the dash photo, U-haul reversed the charge when I called.
