Location did not have hand truck even though it was confirmed in reservation. Tried to reach the location 10+ times the day of the reservation because I did not receive a call from the dispatcher. Came to find out they turned off their phone just because they felt like it. At check in I saw them ignore 10+ calls. Took 45 minutes to check in and get my truck.
AUSTIN PHave the correct vehicle I reserved and not just whatever is there is there. I reserved a cargo van well over a week in advance and still had to rent a box truck which I didn't reserve because I can't drive one.
Mary CThe door on the unit was so heavy that it was dangerous and had it not been for strong college students we would not have been able to load and unload.
Richard MI could find no signage about key drop off or really anything U-Haul except there were a bunch of trucks already there. Had to go into very busy gas station and wait in line to be told that I needed to get dolly out and put behind store. Then back inside to wait again. It took longer to drop off then pick up.
