I had a very bad interaction with the manager of AAA Storage where they are able to rent U-Haul vehicles. Due to my bad experience, I reached out to Christopher Minnich of U-Haul and he immediately tackled the situation with professionalism and made things right for me even though UHaul itself was not responsible for what happened that day. U-Haul always takes care of my family and I and when I had the issue, Christopher Minnich went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you guys!
