When I got the quote for the UHAUL it was a lot less than the actual price of it. May want to give a more accurate rate for rental if it's going to include $50+ in taxes and fees

Rene C.I called for a pick up you all said you didn't have one at either locations close to me told me you had one 17 miles away got there and you didn't have me a box truck , then the man lied and said I drove it 90 miles I drove it 48 miles. Try being honest if you're wanting to improve. I'll never use uhaul again.
