This was the first time for me to use this location. The personnel was very friendly and courteous. The truck and car tow was hooked up and ready for me. I was not ready to load the car onto the tow at that time, so I asked him how to do it, in case I had to do it by myself. He was very thorough in explaining to me how to do it. I appreciated his instructions. Later, I actually went to a different location and the personnel secured my car onto the tow.

Kimberly TI believe I was overcharged on mileage. We had stated that it would probably be 30 miles but it was closer to 10. I rented for a nonprofit and feel like we're being taken advantage of. Will not be using this place again.
John CThe only issue I had was that I was never Informed that the location I dropped off to was closed at the time of my return. Which caused an additional fee for after hours return. I returned on time and better than I received it. Uhaul waived the fee, but you should have it on your return locations to extend to the next business day or an alternative rather than a surprise fee.
Philip MThe braks were bad I almost hit a guy in a wheelchair at a red light because the brakes were so weak...thank God it stopped in time. I wasn't rushing or anything and I braked early and still almost didn't stop in time. Every time I braked the brakes were like that
