Appliance dolly was in very poor shape, practically useless. Inside cargo area was not swept out. Other that vehicle was clean and in good running order.

susan tThe truck’s air conditioner stopped blowing about halfway through the job. It did finally start blowing again but it took several minutes and miles. The online check in to get the code for the key box did not work. The worker did come in early just to get the truck ready to rent but ended up having to rent the truck by hand.
