This was the second rental in a row that I reserved and had a 9’ van confirmed only to find it wasn’t available when I went to pick up. The box truck I had to take as a replacement was garbage. Radio dials were missing, air conditioning barely worked, and the brakes pulsed terribly. This truck doesn’t need to be on the road. And Uhaul, as a company, needs to make sure customers receive what they reserve. And this rental cost $150 more than an exact rental in June of this year…that’s ludicrous. Uhaul has lost my business for good.
