I am grateful they were open on Sunday. Please Offer a remedy for toll road usage for rented vehicles. Please confirm with the customer the mileage of the vehicle at the beginning so there can be no confusion regarding miles driven.
Dennis GThis was not the location I requested. I went to my location, and once I was there, I had to call for an operator to tell me that the location does not work after hours. I scheduled my pick up at 10 pm, so it makes no sense that the location was an option I could pick. Then another pick up location was assigned (Roadnet of Richmond) The access to the location is muddy when it rains and may be a problem to access if you drive a small car. The truck I didn't receive the additional items I requested and 10 minutes after picking up the truck, I was pulled over by the police because the headlights were defective. Next day a technician fixed the lights in my address, that was the good part of it. When I paid, I was charge for all the devides I requested and never received; suposely someone was going to call me to check the invoice and payment and I am still waiting that call.
