My entire experience with this rental was terrible.
I originally booked a truck at a location close to my home, but a U-Haul representative rebooked my reservation to a dealer 7 miles away and promised a $50 compensation for the inconvenience.
Upon arrival, I discovered that I had been rebooked for the wrong truck, the promised compensation was denied, and the truck provided was very old. In addition, I had to spend an extra $30 on Uber transportation due to the location change.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
