I had ordered several dollies and blankets. NONE of that was in the truck or available. Worst thing was I didn't know until we got there to pick it up. they did not answer their phone and I had to call UHAUL and they sent me 20 minutes away to another town in the opposite direction that I live to get the equipment I rented with the truck. It really caused a delay in our morning/move. It would have been nice to know that I needed to go somewhere else in order to get everything I requested.

Truck had less than a quarter tank of gas when picking it up. Ordered dollies and they were not in the truck. Location is closed on Sunday, so no way to resolve it. U-haul 24/7 offered to get them reserved elsewhere but that would have added two hours to the move just to pick up and return dollies. It took almost an hour to pickup due to the dollie issue. Very frustrating
Nathan SOverall everything was fine. The location was confusing. I spoke to the business there, and they said they don't handle the U-haul trucks, so I just had to use the app to turn in the truck. Again, nothing turned out as it had been reserved. I reserved a drop off location near my new home, and at the last minute that location was changed to a location several communities away, at a location that did not seem to rent trucks, and looked dangerous to park in. I tried to call the drop off location to confirm the drop off, but after several tries, no one would pick up the phone. The load share trailer was supposed to be delivered to a location in Salt Lake City, but the location was locked and closed. We had to call U-Haul for help. No options on the phone led us to the help we needed, so we got bounced between several operators. Finally U-haul got a hold of the property manager, but they refused to give us the gate code to deliver the trailer. Just one frustration after another. Also, we discovered there was a leak in the truck, and several of our boxes got wet.
DAVID RThe location is down some weird alley that looks like someone’s driveway. It was not inviting.
Alexis LBetter communication on how to pick up the truck and what equipment is available.
