I scheduled this trailer one week in advance. It was confirmed for pickup at the Hull St location for 9. When we arrived the location was closed so we had to call customer service. At that time, but after calling, the location was moved to Jahnke Rd which required a 45 min drive. There was then a lot of confusion to get the agreement settled and while we told the rep our end location, a drop off site 4 hours away was identified. We didn’t know this and then had to call to get it relocated. Much of our issue was not related to the location itself, but the lack of communication on the change.

Convenient location, but it is not a nice convenience store. Rough place. Check in was slow. The guys at the counter were friendly and helpful though

Stephanie VWhen I placed the u-haul order for this store it was for mobile pickup. Upon arriving, the app would not let me pick up and customer service said it was not available for mobile pickup and I would have to wait an hour until the store opened to get the vehicle. The store did not open at 9, the employee showed up late. When I tried to pick up the u-haul the manager was not in store and was saying he didn’t see the reservation. It was a 2 hour process to pick the u-haul up. I ordered 2 dolly’s, neither of which were in the truck. I contacted customer service who refunded me for the dolly’s that were missing.
