Address is wrong. Called multiple times and got no answer. One voicemail said “for quicker response text”, so I did. It is 11 hours later and still haven’t heard anything. It’s a mud lot on the side of the road that I had to search for. Absolute garbage customer service! And after O searched for a specific trailer, when I made my reservation it switched to a different trailer that I dod not want, but thats all they had and there was no ody to talk to to correct it, soI had to take the super heavy trailer I didnt want and burn twice the gas. Not impressed all around. Next time uhaul will be my absolute last resort

The place I picked was not there. He did every thing on his phone. He never gave me a drop off place and the truck was covered in snow ,the mirrors were frozen over. I was given a VIP number from the "U-Haul reservation manager" then found out she did not have autherization to do so.Then I had to call some one else to get it. Then the VIP #was for 50.00 and then I was told later it was for 40.00.I even got the truck back 4 days early. Cleaned and fueled . I will not use U Haul again. PS. My invoice still is wrong.

Heath MThey didn't have the appliance dolly liked I asked for. They also said they are open for certain hours but no one was there and they did not return my phone call after leaving a message.
